Meditation to cure COVID-19| Corona virus | Pandemic


Everyone has heard about meditation and knows very well how it is effective. But not all people apply in their lives. This is a scientifically proven experience that meditation heals your mind as well as the body. If you are COVID-19 positive then you must do meditation daily to a quick recovery. It helps in curing many diseases like high blood pressure, cancer cells, thyroid. Now we have a quick review of meditation.




What is Meditation

Meditation is calming your mind from unwanted stress and anxiety. This is my real-life experience that if you relax your mind, relax your body. Every cure is within you. Meditation relaxes your body and mind and breathe takes the biggest role. It is all about breathing (breath-in and breath-out) 

In the meditation process, you should quiet your mind but according to my self-experience and in the fastest running world it is not possible to do long hours meditation for quitting mind. So you do not have to quiet your mind, just need to relax the mind and win this COVID-19 pandemic.

How to do Meditation 

This is my personal research or experience that really helpful for you in this worse timing and prevents from coronavirus outbreak. so let's get start

  • Step 1 - just sit comfortably wherever you want at the floor, chair, etc.
  • Step 2 - Close your eyes and relax your body.
  • Step 3 - Now you take a  breath, breath-in, and breath-out and try to focus on your breath without any worry just feels the breath. Repeat this process minimum of 3 times.
  • Step 4 - Then relax and now see what thoughts you have in your mind, thoughts would be negative or positive anyways just see them. 
  • Step 5 - Do it at least 10 min a day and make your daily practice.

There are many ways to do meditation but if you are a beginner, or do not know about meditation- start from here.

Why Meditation is key

Meditation is the key to reach the mind. you can unlock your problems from the key within you but it is not any hard and fast rule. You have to sit daily at least 20 days to get access to the full potential of the mind, free yourself from worry and anxiety. Meditation makes you healthy and happy. In this COVID-19 pandemic where stress and worry make you weaken, physically and mentally, and disturbing you from work, meditation plays a vital role. Meditation improves the immune system, and give you enough immunity so that you can win from coronavirus attack. Everyone said that you could fight with COVID-19 pandemic if you have a great immune system, so do not wait for the attack. Stay free from stress, do meditation to relax body-mind, and get a strong immune system.

How Meditation Improves immune system



Meditation means to calm your mind, due to worse pandemic outbreaks all over the world, calmness is so important. There is no magic at all that if you are doing meditation you will survive. Stress, worries, and fears make the immune system weak. Weaken immune can not give you energy or crucial supplement to survive more. You make sure to feel happy and healthy then everything will be fine. happiness makes the immune system 50% more strong. It is not only for disease but also for your work, job, and productivity. Peace in mind, peace in life.

This lockdown gives you a chance to make your life more valuable to learn a new skill, create a habit, start a new business. But first, stay healthy stay safe.


How to make a habit of meditation

Just reading or thinking about meditation that you will start it someday but I know it's difficult to do. So here is a key idea that you can apply in your life to make it better. The human body does work subconsciously like brushing your teeth, the way you sleep, and eat and drink. It is not about meditation, making every new habit is quite difficult because you are not used to it. Firstly show yourself some good sides of meditation like an example or inspiration, inspired by highly effective people is a good option. Your mind always finds comfortable and easy things to do that your body fits in. Tell the mind every time how effective meditation is and how people changed their lives through meditation. Around with people who have been doing it that will motivate you to do. Meditation improves your work performance and this is the biggest advantage you can take from it.  Once you create a habit it is life long win-win game in any area of life.
